• We are a mixed billing practice
• Dr. Wendy Chan, Dr. Margaret Chua, Dr. Ai Wei Lim, and Dr. Asoka Ranasinghe will be private billing doctors for all new patients from the 1st of July, regardless of concession status. Existing patients with a concession card who have seen the above practitioners within the last 12 months dating from the commencing date of the new billing policy will be bulk billed.
• Bulk billing for children under 16 years old is available for all of our practitioners.
• It is recommended for patients to wear face masks in the clinic

PLEASE NOTE: All of our appointments will attract an appointment fee and this is a recurring fee schedule. Our fees are $70 for a standard consultation ($85 on weekends) and $110 for a long consultation ($130 on weekends). However, Medicare card holders will be able to get an instant rebate after the consulation with a debit card. Bulk billing for children under 16 years old and pension card holders are available for some doctors. By booking your appointment, you are confirming that you understand the billing policy and are agreeing to pay for any necessary appointment fees.

We currently are providing the flu vaccination, Pfizer Bivalent and Moderna Bivalent (18+ only), as well as boosters.

Some of our practitioners offer bulk billing to children and patients holding a valid healthcare card, meaning no out-of-pocket cost for most general consultations. However, fees may apply for some consultations as per doctors' discretion. For those without Medicare, our fees are $70 for a standard consultation ($85 on weekends) and $110 for a long consultation ($130 on weekends).

Conveniently located next door to the Warrigal Square Shopping Centre, we are easily accessible to those who live or work in Eight Mile Plains and surrounding areas, such as Kuraby, Runcorn, Sunnybank, Macgregor, Upper Mount Gravatt, Wishart, Rochedale, Rochedale South, and Underwood. There is ample parking available onsite and we are close to public transport for those unable to drive.

In addition to the convenience of having an onsite dietitian and psychiatrist. QML Pathology clinic is also next to the clinic with several other health services located nearby, including Runcorn Physiotherapy Centre, Eyecatch Optical, and the Eight Mile Plains Discount Drug Store.

We are open 7 days a week with after hours appointments available on weekdays. Specifically, our hours are 8.10am to 5:00pm on weekdays, from 1:00pm to 4:00pm Saturdays, and from 9:00am to 12:00pm on Sundays.
