Horizon Family Doctors is a mixed billing medical practice in Forest Lake. We are open long hours and weekends to ensure that we are available for our patients when they need us. We have both male and female doctors, and there is also a Nurse on site.

All doctors charge $20-$40 from Monday- Friday. Whereas on the weekends there is a gap of $39.75-$50.00 will be applied.

Bulk Billing remains for First Nations Patients, Pension Concession/ Health Care Card (Card must be applied) of all ages & children under the age of 12 and patients over the age of 75 years from Monday - Friday ONLY. During the weekends children under the age of 12 years are ONLY bulk billed.

Located at Shop 3, 120 Woogaroo Street, we are on the corner of Forest Lake Boulevard within the Forest Fair Shopping Centre. There is ample parking available at the shopping centre, and there is a bus stop across the road for those using public transport. We are open for new and walk in patients and would be well located for anyone in the areas of Forest Lake, Richland, Heathwood, Oxley, Inala, Durack, Ellen Grove, Carole Park and Darra.
