Changes to Chisholm Medical Centre Fee Policy Effective 3rd April 2023

•As of 3 April 2023 we will be introducing a low Gap fee for patients over the age of 16 who do not hold a concession card.

•As of 3 April 2023 we will be introducing a low Gap fee for patients over the age of 16 who do not hold a concession card. •Standard appointments will be $65 ($25.25 gap), Long Appointments $110 ($33.05 gap). All prices are available on our website www.chisholmmedicalcentre.com.au

•Bulkbilling is still available for children under the age of 16, DVA Gold card holders and patients with concession cards for most Medicare eligible services during business hours.

•An afterhours gap fee applies for all patients for services provided afterhours (weekdays from 5:30 pm, Saturday from 1:00 pm and whole day on public holidays)

•Private Fees will still apply for all procedures such as skin excisions, ear syringe, iron infusion, Implanon insertions, etc

•Some services such as certain eligible health assessments, chronic disease care plans and their reviews, will still be bulk billed for all

•Covid and Flu vaccination visits will be bulkbilled provided there is no additional consultation required

•Our allied health (i.e physio, dietitian) service fees will remain the same.

Our clinicans and staff, who served you under the NHC for a number of years, opted to continue serving you, joining hands with some new faces under new management.
